Twin City Energy is a 200MW combined cycle, dual-fuel powerplant in Aboadze, Ghana, belonging to ENDEAVOR ENERGY. It can operate using both crude oil and natural gas as its primary fuel. It is located along the sea and the 4 hot dipgalvanized gantries werea ffected by corrosionand high sea salt deposits.
Between November 15t and December 6th of 2024, during the shutdown period oft his powerplant, the ZINGA GHANA Distributor, ICCS (Industrial Corrosion & Coating Solution Ltd) , repaired 2 gantries with two ZINGA® systems: ZINGA® as stand-alones ystem and ZINGA®+ZINGALUFER on the gantry legs which are close to the sea.
The 2 remaining gantries will be repaired during the next shutdown period.
